The Little Brown Haired Angel
There's a little dark-haired angel
With a heart that's full of love,
And she came to live at our house
Bearing gifts from heaven above.
She wasn't what we asked for,
We'd set our sights quite low -
We'd have settled for the ordinary
And just gone with the flow.
But these angels are quite stubborn
And they land where they belong,
They turn your lives quite upside-down,
They sing a sad-sweet song.
And because you weren't expecting
To have an angel here to stay,
You forget about the gifts
In the bustle of the day.
Till one night your heart is heavy
As the hope within you dies,
Then the gifts appear before you
In your angel's dark brown eyes,
They're gifts that cannot be expressed
In words which can be spoken,
They only come to those whose hearts
Have felt like they've been broken.
For its only out of broken hearts
And shattered dreams, you see
Your angel finally spreads her wings
To be what she should be,
To do the work she's sent to do,
To weave her magic spell,
And make heaven out of something
That you once believed was hell.
So if you have an angel
Who has landed at your place,
You'll find these very special gifts
As you look in her sweet face.

Angels Among Us
Angels surround our lives with love and protection. Know that they are among us to ease our burdens, shield us from evil, lighten our hearts, and guide us along our journey.
HELP OUR DAUGHTER'S
Please help our daughter's find a cure,
they want the help of that I'm sure.
Right now they can't talk or play and sing
some can't do much of anything.
Locked in a world of their very own,
feeling sad... and oh so alone!
Trying so hard to be heard,
yet some never uttering a single word.
Our daughters need your help today,
your love and friendship can light their way,
Please step forward to aid our plight,
and help the doctor's win this fight.
Further testing is what we need,
and so for donations we do plead.
Do what you can to help today,
so we can live our tomorrows in a brand new way!
